Summary
Join Casebook PBC as a Software Account Executive and play a pivotal role in building sustainable growth across your assigned region. You will collaborate with a high-performing team to support the full sales cycle, focusing on engaging human services agencies and nonprofit organizations. Responsibilities include sharing the benefits of Casebook’s products, developing and executing a territory plan, generating leads, building a sales pipeline, establishing strong business relationships, and driving sales opportunities. This remote US-based role requires 1+ years of nonprofit or government sales experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with directors and c-level employees. - 1+ years of nonprofit or government sales experience or a combination of experience in sales and work in our target market (required)
- Unrestricted access to an internet connection of at least 25 Mbps during standard (local) business hours and access to a home office or dedicated workspace
- BA/BS or equivalent education and/or work experience
Responsibilities
- Share the benefits of Casebook’s products with prospective customers in the Northwest sales territory (Northwest U.S. and adjacent Canadian provinces/territories)
- Target local and state government agencies, SMB nonprofits in human/social services, and Tribal government organizations
- Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve the revenue necessary to attain quota
- Generate leads through outreach and relationships, and follow up on marketing-qualified leads
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, providing accurate sales forecasts
- Establish strong business relationships with nonprofit and government leaders
- Drive sales opportunities from initial outreach through close
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM (currently Hubspot)
- Travel up to 10% for conferences, client, or internal meetings (some may occur on weekends)
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of success, preferably in the nonprofit, government, or education market. Experience selling into human services/social services organizations is preferred, as is SLED sales experience
