Summary
The job is to join the founding sales team at Cocoon, a company that simplifies employee leave processes for employers nationwide. The role involves initiating conversations with people leaders, converting these into customers, developing an understanding of the buyer journey, and building the sales playbook from scratch.
Requirements
- Experience as an Account Executive (AE) for more than 3 years
- Familiarity with selling People-focused software
Responsibilities
- Initiate conversations with people leaders and convert these conversations to signed customers
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey for people leaders
- Lead multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner
- Work closely with broker partners to convert introductions and the marketing team to convert word-of-mouth inbound
- Lay the foundation for scaling the sales team as a function
