Account Executive

Summary

The job description is for an Account Executive role at ConsumerAffairs, reporting to the Senior Sales Manager. The main responsibility is to hunt and nurture new business for the Reputation business of ConsumerAffairs.com. The Account Executive will meet or exceed monthly sales quota by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• A minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience in a technical and/or SaaS environment
• A minimum of 1 year experience in digital marketing, digital communications or PR
• Demonstrated experience working with brands
• Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, sales enablement software, and various data analytics platforms

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales quota by identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities
• Source new prospects in assigned categories, while also qualifying opportunities sourced by team members
• Effectively manage the full sales cycle including contract generation and other deliverables to close new business
• Coordinate seamlessly with team members including Business Development Reps, other AEs, and the customer success team as well as cross-functionally to drive deals across the finish line
