Summary
Join Daxko as an Account Executive and drive growth for both our customers and the company. Manage a book of business, conduct engaging product demonstrations, and guide prospects through the sales cycle. Support and mentor newer sales representatives and contribute to improving sales processes. Deliver high-impact demos, own the full sales cycle, build customer relationships, and exceed monthly sales goals. Accurately forecast sales pipeline and maintain Salesforce updates. Develop product expertise and proactively support new customers. Collaborate with teammates and mentor junior representatives. The OTE is $62,000-$99,900 per year, based on demonstrated attributes and competencies.
Requirements

- The ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks and leads
- Confidence in working independently and being accountable to your team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of inside sales experience, ideally in SaaS or the fitness/wellness space
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales and build lasting customer relationships
- Comfortable using web-based software and CRM tools like Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact, consultative screen-share demos that showcase our platform’s value
- Own the full inside sales cycle—from initial outreach to closed deal
- Build excitement and trust with prospective customers, maximizing win rates and referrals
- Consistently exceed monthly goals for demos, pipeline activity, and closed sales
- Accurately forecast your pipeline and keep Salesforce updated from first touch to final handshake
- Stay sharp and informed—develop deep expertise in our products, market, and sales methodology
- Proactively support new customers post-sale to ensure a smooth transition
- Collaborate with teammates to refine our approach and share best practices
- Lead by example—support onboarding and mentorship for junior reps
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coaching or mentoring peers is a plus
- 2–4 years of experience in SaaS, fitness tech, or wellness industry sales
- A personal passion for fitness—whether through CrossFit, coaching, yoga, martial arts, or personal training
- Prior use of member management platforms, CRMs, marketing automation tools, or Excel
- Experience with consultative sales methodologies
