Summary
Join Deel, a rapidly growing SaaS company, as an Account Executive to drive sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with large, strategic clients. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts. You will collaborate with other sales team members, marketing professionals, and customer success teams. The position requires meeting and exceeding revenue targets and developing account plans for companies with 2,000+ employees. Requirements
- Based in Singapore
- Min 3+ years of end to end selling into the Mid-Market/Commercial or the Enterprise segment in a SAAS based environment
- A track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 5000 senior line-of-business executives
- Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learning
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
Responsibilities
- Own a targeted account list and develop account plans for winning business with companies with 2,000+ employees
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets
- Continually develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development rep, and managing inbound prospects
- Navigate an enterprise to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in and close deals with C-Level decision makers
- The instincts to recognise organisational financial and behavioural structures and obstacles
- Keep Salesforce up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales process
