Summary

Join our Commercial Sales team as an Account Executive to expand EVPassport's territory sales strategy, manage the complete sales process from pipeline development to sales execution, and promote innovative hardware and software solutions through strategic selling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience selling enterprise software or hardware solutions to our key prospects in commercial real estate markets (multifamily properties, hospitality, retail, workplace, MUDs, etc.); REQUIRED
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding your targets within an industry where your success came from hunting
  • Successful history of net new business sales (direct), consistently performing (or outperforming) against targets
  • Clear evidence of building strong relationships internally and with customers, across all levels of the organization
  • A start-up mentality: proactive, highly organized, and enthusiastic about selling EVPassport’s solutions
  • An enthusiastic, tenacious approach to selling
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, Slack, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and ZoomInfo
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet potential clients, attend industry events, and drive sales (must have a valid, legal driver’s license)

Responsibilities

  • Bring a strong hunter mentality to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Form a strong technical understanding of EVPassport and the EV charging industry through training and development milestones
  • Identify and pursue new EV charging infrastructure business opportunities by developing outreach strategies to effectively target prospects and convert leads into deals
  • Promote and pursue IaaS (“Infrastructure-as-a-Service”) opportunities, and understand how to properly position and successfully sell the no capital required and/or all-inclusive business model
  • Help develop EVPassport’s overarching territory sales strategy in your territory by leveraging your own connections / relationships as well as core channel partnerships across accounts; utilize field reseller partners and/or service partners to develop sales opportunities and enhance EVPassport’s reach within your territory
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from pipeline development to sales execution, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics, with a heavy emphasis on outbound efforts and the acquisition of new business
  • Engage with prospects (multifamily properties, commercial real estate, etc.), positioning EVPassport hardware and software solutions through strategic, value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and data-backed market stats
  • Accurately forecast monthly revenue for territory and accounts, maintaining contact information, business history, and opportunity details in Salesforce
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in Product, Deployment Operations, and Customer Success to ensure we bring the best of EVPassport to prospective customers
