Join Forethought, a leading AI-native platform for enterprise customer support, and become a key member of our world-class team of Account Executives. We're tackling a large market opportunity and need your expertise to help us succeed. In this role, you will identify high-potential businesses, develop outbound strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and define the benefits of Forethought for each user. You'll own new business opportunities from start to finish and contribute to the expansion of our current customer base. Requirements
- 7+ years in a closing and quota-carrying role, while consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Experience in B2B SaaS. Preferably has sold AI in a Mid-Market and/or Enterprise role
- Proven track record of long-term customer retention
- Technical competency to understand Forethought's software and build great relationships with CX leaders
- Problem-solving chops, and an enthusiasm for making a large impact
Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential business and verticals and develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to Forethought
- Turn inbound demand into happy Forethought customers
- Manage our sales pipeline, utilizing the sales process and playbook in place
- Define and communicate the specific benefits of Forethought appropriate for each user, from the first discovery, demo and trial process
- Own New Business opportunities from start-to-finish along with Expansion for our current customer base
