Summary

This role centers on relationship management with brokers, consultants, and employers. You will own revenue responsibilities, expand existing partnerships, and develop sales infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses quota-carrying sales experience, thrives in a startup environment, and is passionate about improving the healthcare system. Requirements

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue responsibilities for Garnerโ€™s fully & self-insured market, focusing on the 50-500 life segment
  • Continue and expand on Garnerโ€™s existing fully insured broker partnerships
  • Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking our fully insured sales and partnership pipeline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in health insurance
  • Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders
