Summary

Join H1's Commercial team as an Account Executive and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business by connecting the world to the right doctors. You will manage client relationships with health plans and digital health companies, showcasing the value of our platforms and expanding our market leadership. Responsibilities include new logo acquisition and client retention, building strong client relationships, presenting company products, conducting market research, developing proposals, and driving the sales process. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with experience selling enterprise B2B SaaS technology and a proven track record of closing deals. H1 offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, variable commission, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • You’re a seasoned sales professional, with 4+ years of experience successfully selling enterprise B2B SaaS technology, including managing new logo acquisitions and renewals
  • You have experience managing net new business & closing complex sales-cycles, including prior success closing $250K - 1M deals
  • Strong communication, negotiating and consultative sales skills
  • You are comfortable with traveling to customers 20% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for both new logo acquisition and client retention by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they become H1 advocates
  • Present and demonstrate company products/services to clients, addressing their unique business challenges
  • Conduct market research and deploy strategic account planning skills to identify selling opportunities, staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts
  • Drive the sales motion from outreach through close, including discovery calls to qualified leads, delivering compelling presentations/demos to showcase how H1’s solutions address client needs, managing objections, and inspiring prospects to invest in our offering
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue projections
