Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the supplemental and/or health insurance industry (supplemental benefits strongly preferred)
  • Life & Health insurance license required
  • Proven success in client relationship management, business development, and retention
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Selerix, and Employee Navigator
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, client-first environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing relationships and addressing service issues with confidence
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) to identify revenue opportunities and support execution of client strategies
  • Analyze sales and performance data to provide insights during quarterly business reviews and strategic planning
  • Support client retention and new business efforts through proposals, customized presentations, and internal reporting
  • Conduct market research to uncover growth opportunities across general agencies
  • Maintain CRM records, ensuring data accuracy for client interactions, sales activity, and renewal tracking
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met and client expectations exceeded
