Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Drive connection with potential customers through phone, email, and sms outreach to create new opportunities
  • Leverage strong communication and active listening skills to build rapport, trust, and a deep understanding of the small businesses we work with
  • Be a trusted advisor and product expert and leverage that knowledge to provide recommendations on how to best utilize Jobber
  • Demonstrate the value of Jobber through conversation, social proof and product demonstrations
  • Track key information in Salesforce for follow-up, knowledge sharing, and analytics
