Summary

Join Juvare as Account Executive APAC to identify, manage, and close new business opportunities across government, public, and private sectors. As a vital part of the Sales team, you will work to achieve booking targets and annual business development goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience meeting or exceeding new business sales quotas
  • At least 2 years of experience in selling software or technology solutions

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet net new business sales targets
  • Leverage existing relationships to generate net new business opportunities. Use a consultative sales approach to engage key decision-makers, identify challenges, and craft solutions
  • Lead product demonstrations of JUVARE's software solutions to a range of audiences, including C-level executives, management, and end-users
  • Explore and identify new market verticals or opportunities beyond the emergency management sector, focusing on expanding JUVARE's reach into other industries
  • Provide timely updates on sales activity through Salesforce and contribute to regular sales meetings to keep leadership informed of deal progress
  • Collaborate with the APAC CCO to manage and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals)
  • Represent JUVARE at relevant industry events and conferences to increase visibility and network with potential clients
  • Understand and be aware of Juvare information security policies and standards
  • Always protect company and client information
  • Inform the Compliance Officer or hot line of any information security issues
  • Ensure compliance with all JUVARE company policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Documented success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in managing long sales cycles for complex software and technology solutions
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all levels, internally and within prospect organisations
  • Proficient in Salesforce or a similar CRM tool
  • Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing demands
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Experience in the emergency management sector is a plus
  • A passion for exceeding client expectations and delivering results
