Summary

Requirements

  • English and Spanish proficiency
  • A sales-oriented customer-focused hunter
  • Positive attitude and strong team building skills
  • Self-motivated and accountable in a remote environment
  • Ability to apply appropriate sales techniques and demonstrate sustained achievement of stated sales goals
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A bachelorโ€™s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry (UCaaS, CCaaS) and in B2B sales (a plus!)

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails, and strategic partner relationships
  • Drive partner relationships in the designated geography
  • Evaluate customersโ€™ UCaaS and CCaaS needs and requirements
  • Get to know customers and offer consultative solutions to meet their needs
  • Liaise with internal and external teams via phone and email to ensure customers have a smooth and seamless implementation
  • Research and proactively reach out to prospects in target markets that align with our ICP
