Join Landbot, a rapidly growing company reimagining business-customer interaction through AI chatbot solutions, as an Account Executive (AE). This remote position (UTC-1 to UTC+2) is ideal for top-performing salespeople passionate about tech and seeking unlimited income potential. You will pitch Landbot's products, execute sales strategies, analyze data, and collaborate with marketing. The role involves achieving monthly quotas, mastering the Landbot platform, conducting client meetings, and building strong customer relationships. Success requires a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience with a modern sales stack.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of being a top performer with at least 3 years of work experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup
  • Experience with Mid-market customers
  • Excellent level of communication skills: Being able to communicate without problems, verbally and written, building trust with the client
  • Proven experience conducting meetings through video-conference tools (and feeling comfortable about it)
  • Resourcefulness: being able to solve conflicts and problems in an autonomous and effective way in the shortest possible time
  • Excellent negotiation skills: You should prepare for negotiations with clients, as well as review all sales documentation exchanged with them to avoid unforeseen events
  • Experience working with a modern sales stack like Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Fluent -verbal and written- in English and Spanish, other languages are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Achieve a monthly quota in phone, email, and meetings
  • Master the Landbot platform and stay up to date with new features
  • Conduct successful business meetings, including demo sessions of our platform, with prospective clients already arranged by our Sales team
  • Get into the Prospectsโ€™ shoes, delving into their real pain points, challenges, and needs for their specific use case
  • Assist users during the trial period, turning sales opportunities into customers
  • Optimize, manage, and operationally implement our sales strategy
  • Share customer-unique insights and feedback with marketing and product teams
  • Contribute to the overall success of the sales teams and support your colleagues to achieve their best
  • Build, maintain, and expand client relationships
  • Pitch Landbotโ€™s products and services to leads, assisting, and closing the sale
  • Execute and iterate our sales strategy to increase the company performance and identify new business opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the chatbot/communications automation industry
  • Knowledge of Digital/Conversational Marketing
