Summary
Join LastPass as an Account Executive (SMB) for the UKI market, driving new business growth and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the Enterprise segment. You will be supported by a strong team, including Channel, Product Specialists, Solutions Consultants, and Business Development Representatives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about complex problem-solving and motivated by scale, contributing to LastPass' efforts to restore revenue growth, strengthen its Partner strategy, and prioritize value creation. You will maintain a local focus on your territory while staying globally aware of industry news and trends.
Requirements
- Proven success in a high-velocity, quota-carrying role
- Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to consistently and accurately forecast
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and a strong sense of accountability
- Experience owning and managing a territory with a strategic approach to account mapping
- A solid understanding of partner/channel programs, with the ability to build and leverage these relationships
- Proficient in using Sales Dashboards and Reports to efficiently manage and take ownership of your territory

Preferred Qualifications
- Willingness to travel to partner and company events
- Ability to customize CRM reports to work efficiently with territory data
- Previous experience with Clari, our internal forecasting tool, is a plus
