Summary
Join Livestorm's sales team as an Account Executive and play a key role in expanding our market leadership in video communication. You will focus on identifying, engaging, and converting mid-market and enterprise prospects into paying customers. This role involves qualifying leads, executing outbound sales strategies, utilizing various sales channels, and managing CRM activities. Success requires strong communication skills, collaboration with internal teams, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. The position is based in Paris, with remote work options available within France.
Requirements
- Experienced: You have extensive experience (+3 years minimum) of successfully selling Software/SaaS license agreements into Enterprise / Large accounts in France and abroad across a variety of industries (expertise in the Finance & Healthcare industries is a plus)
- Industry Knowledge : A good understanding of selling video communication platform would be ideal however, a background in selling SaaS and closing 6/7 figure deals is more important
- Overachiever: You have consistently achieved and/or exceeded your sales goals across your geographic territory and have a track record in closing 6/7 figure contracts - You are results oriented
- Outbound Mindset: You have a desire, even an obsession, to identify new prospects, contacts and decision makers to expand the number of new logos
- Excellent Communication: You know what to say (both internally and with clients) and more importantly, how to say it in both French and English
- Collaborator : You know that selling is a team sport and will partner with virtual teams to ensure success. You have experience in working with remote teams and clients to close joint business
- Go-Getter: Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic - disciplined and resourceful
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound marketing source leads (MQLs) coming from Mid-Market & Enterprise prospects and turn them, if qualified, into opportunities and closed contracts
- Focus your outbound efforts on the Enterprise segment (with a focus on the Finance, Healthcare & Tech industries ) and develop / execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings
- Use of a variety of channels to identify new prospects and close new deals such as social media, internet, web-based tools & outbound calling
- Go on physical events (FR & Europe) to meet prospects and generate high value opportunities in order to optimize the ROI of these events
- Manage effectively all CRM activity relating to your accounts (Salesforce) and all the tech stack of an AE at Livestorm (SalesNav, Salesloft, Modjo, Chili Piper, Notion & more)
- Pro-actively work with other teams (Account Management, Growth & Marketing, Customer Success, etc.)
- Provide clientsβ feedback, especially on product, in order for Livestorm to adjust and prioritize its product roadmap
