Join LTK, a leading global company in creator commerce, as an Account Executive and be a key member of our Brand Partnerships team. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline and closing new business for LTK Connect, our self-service platform. This role requires achieving and exceeding aggressive quarterly sales targets, identifying high-potential prospects, and managing the entire sales cycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fun and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS, technology, or media sales and a Bachelor's degree. Requirements
- 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS, Technology or Media Sales
- Bachelorβs Degree, Preference for business, marketing or communications
- Demonstrated consistent over-achievement vs. sales targets
- Experience navigating mid-size DTC companies
- Ability to effectively present solutions to CEOs/Founders
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret business intelligence to develop strategy and make recommendations
- Acute attention to detail, allowing you to think big, adapt quickly, and act fast
- Excellent communication skills (oral/written) and presentation skills
- Creative and coachable, willing to help others and learn everyday
- Strong interest in emerging technologies
- Strong English communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed aggressive quarterly sales targets
- Identify high-potential prospects, develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to LTK
- Provide a deep understanding of LTKβs value proposition and ability to effectively articulate on client demos
- Pipeline management within CRM software for all stages of customer lifecycle and report on metrics to management
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Work with marketing to promote new products and services to prospective clients
- Work with the customer success team to ensure new customers are onboarded effectively
- Set monthly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them

- CRM Platform experience in Hubspot or equivalent
