Account Executive

Summary

Join Nucleus Global as an Account Executive and contribute to a global medical communications leader. Work remotely as part of a cross-functional team, managing projects, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality services. Responsibilities include developing project timelines, status reports, and financial records, while liaising with key decision-makers. You will produce regular client updates and assist in financial project management. A Bachelor's degree (life sciences preferred) and 2+ years of project management experience are required, along with medical communications or pharmaceutical experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (life sciences preferred)
• 2+ years' experience in project management or any appropriate combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in a medical communications or pharmaceutical environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time, on budget and with high quality
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) to track financial data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent relations with clients to ensure a high-quality service
• Work closely with directors and liaise with key decisions makers to support the execution of programs
• Organize and participate in meetings with clients and internal teams
• Reference a variety of sources to provide research support to the team as needed
• Produce regular status updates for clients on current projects
• Assist in the financial management of assigned projects
