Summary

Join Paytronix, a leading provider of cloud-based digital guest engagement platforms for the hospitality industry, as a Field Sales Representative. This role focuses on selling the Paytronix platform to independent restaurants with 1-15 units. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing modern sales tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate possesses proven sales experience in the technology or hospitality sectors, a strong track record of exceeding quotas, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • Possess experience in sales in the technology space within hospitality or equivalent restaurant management experience
  • Demonstrate a 3+ years proven track record of sales velocity and over-quota achievement, or history of success managing restaurants
  • Be a tenacious prospector, self-motivated to exceed personal and team goals, and enjoy prospecting to build pipeline 3 to 4 times quota
  • Be a team player willing to grow in the role and progress their career in the company – a desire to climb the β€œladder of success”
  • Have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Engage in high-velocity outbound prospecting via outbound calls, field prospecting, email outreach, and LinkedIn
  • Sell Paytronix’s SaaS Platform to independent restaurants
  • Sell to owners of restaurants, marketers, and IT professionals
  • Be accountable for sales quota and daily metrics which include outbound calls, emails sent, appointments held, and revenue generated

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience selling SaaS or Restaurant Tech
  • Bring a high level of energy and integrity to the team
  • Show excitement around active coaching and mentoring from sales leadership and willingness to provide this to others
  • Have experience using sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Office 365, and other prospecting tools
