Summary
The job is for an Account Executive at Remofirst, a growing company that offers people management tools and enables hiring from anywhere. The role involves driving new business, closing sales, presenting demos, and providing feedback on the sales process.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in selling tech solutions to decision-makers
- Experience selling HR or FinTech software will be a strong plus
- Consultative selling experience
- Strong Prospecting, Discovery, and Objection handling skills, as well as an ability to absorb and learn
- Status as a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues, willing to go above and beyond to create value and do things well
Responsibilities
- Drive new business
- Close sales deals with new prospects and at times, existing ones
- Present a demo and take a consultative approach as to the benefits of Remofirst for the prospect
- Track and report on progress leveraging the companyβs CRM
- Be a team player - provide feedback on ways to improve the sales process, including sales tech stack, etc
