As a Software Sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic territory plans to exceed revenue objectives, leading the sales process from execution to forecasting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands a minimum of 6 years of experience in quota-bearing software sales within a regulated industry, ideally insurance, and a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with C-level stakeholders. Requirements
- +6 years of experience in quota bearing Software sales roles
- Solid knowledge of a regulated industry , ideally Insurance
- Deep experience in managing long sales cycle (minimum 12 months) and complex deals
- Strong ability to address C-level stakeholders
- Extensive background in negotiations and deal strategy
- Willingness to challenge internal and external clients
- High ability to read the room, anticipate contingencies and execute accordingly
- Strong Drive for Results with a high standard of quality

- Highly adaptable, ability to work & collaborate in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop & Implement strategic territory plan to ensure revenue objectives are exceeded
- Lead the sales process, from execution, through issues to forecasting excellence
- Deliver measurable results and outcomes with predictability and efficiency
- Collaborate with Cross functional teams to delight customers
- Execute Demand Generation Activities directly and with Business Development, Partner & Marketing teams
- Ensure Delivery and Value Realization for customers across their lifecycle
- Drive Stakeholder & C-Level Engagement across Shift & its customers
