Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a quota carrying SaaS sales role
  • Consistent track record of overachievement in tech sales
  • Startup ethos . You're nimble, high-velocity, take initiative, and do whatever it takes
  • Strong communication and listening skills and ability to win trust quickly
  • Collaborative team player with an optimistic demeanor
  • Strong Leadership and team building skills

Responsibilities

  • Direct Sales - Full cycle AE owning all aspects of sales from lead generation to close
  • Source Pipeline - Self source 30% of your pipeline to hit revenue goals
  • Accurately forecast - Ability to forecast your monthly and quarterly performance
  • Product Feedback - Share customer learnings with product team
  • Create excitement - Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating enthusiasm among prospects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Commercial construction experience . You speak the language of the accountants, controllers, executives, and project managers that we serve. You understand the different trades and activities on the job site
  • Experience with best-in-class sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.)
