Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Be described by others as a self-starter, hunter, closer, clever, charming, and kind
- Possess a hustler's mindset, be eager to change your stars, and act promptly
- Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving startup environment and excel under pressure
- Be open to feedback, self-motivated, and innovative in your approach
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills; be a good listener, assertive, persistent, and persuasive, with a high EQ
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and close new business opportunities
- Use questioning and listening skills to distill client needs and demonstrate how Slang.ai could meet those needs
- Expand both existing and new market segments strategically
- Manage your sales pipeline to ensure quality multi-threading with key stakeholders, driving urgency of purchase, and navigating the buying process to ensure a predictable and steady flow of closed deals
- Work closely with the Onboarding and Account Management teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and expansion of existing accounts you have worked with
- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales quotas and weekly top-of-funnel metrics

Experience in SaaS or hospitality (Hotels or restaurants)
Benefits
- $85,000 - $170,000 a year
- Base salary- $85,000
- $85,000 OTE will also be a component for the Account Executive role
