Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in Italy, preferably within SaaS or tech industries
  • Proven success in consultative selling, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Expertise in managing multiple stakeholders and working cross-functionally to drive customer success
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities and navigate complex sales processes
  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English
  • A passion for technology and a desire to make an impact in a fast-growing company

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals with mid-market customers in Italy
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and long-term partnerships
  • Engage with new prospects through various channels, including inbound leads, outbound outreach, and partner-driven initiatives
  • Identify and expand opportunities within existing accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling Smartsheet solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers define success metrics and achieve their business goals with Smartsheet
  • Be a Smartsheet product expert, using your deep knowledge to demonstrate how our solutions solve customer challenges
