Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English Literature, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong focus on new client acquisition
- Proven track record of navigating the target market and understanding its unique business culture
- Native-level proficiency in English, any other language is a big plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with high-level decision-makers
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales automation tools to manage sales processes efficiently
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of WorkMotion's services and articulate the value proposition to prospective clients
- Implement targeted sales strategies to generate leads, engage prospects, and secure new business
- Perform market research to identify potential clients, understanding their remote work challenges and how WorkMotion can address them
- Utilize various outreach methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos, tailored to the needs of each prospect
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals, aligning with WorkMotion's goals and focus on customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities tailored to the target market
- Stay informed about remote work trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes affecting the target market
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to WorkMotion's global expansion efforts
