Join Thomas, a Xometry company, as an SMB Account Executive and nurture a portfolio of small to medium-sized business advertiser accounts. This role requires strong digital marketing knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and a revenue-growth focus. You will retain existing clients by renewing contracts and identifying improvement areas, proactively address at-risk accounts, and build strong client relationships. Furthermore, you will identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with Solutions Engineers on proposals, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or account management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or account management; sales experience a plus

Responsibilities
- Retain a large book of business by successfully renewing expiring contracts
- Analyze client performance data to demonstrate value and identify areas for improvement
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and develop strategic plans to educate and recommend improved solutions to customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive engagement
- Identify and proactively pitch upsell opportunities (e.g., new products, services, increased spend) to existing clients
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineers to develop and present compelling proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign delivery
