Account Executive

Summary

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive to develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, onboard new businesses, manage sales pipelines, prepare presentations and proposals, and close sales of payment processing and SaaS services. This outside sales position, based in Wesley Chapel, FL, offers a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component and various benefits. The role requires a minimum of two years of B2B outside sales experience, a valid driver's license and auto insurance, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and self-sourcing leads. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium sized business owners
• Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business
• Manage your pipeline and day to day tasks/appointments using Salesforce
• Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications
• Closing sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements
