Summary

Join HIS Ventures LLC as an Account Executive - AV and become a trusted partner to clients, driving sales and revenue growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new contacts and securing additional wallet shares. Conduct business reviews, provide strategic guidance, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. Manage the complete sales cycle, exceeding sales targets, and stay informed on industry trends. This role requires strong AV knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in account management, especially in the AV industry
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the audio-visual industry or related technology sectors
  • Deep understanding of audio-visual solutions, technology, and products, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong sales acumen, with the ability to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and close deals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales
  • Experience working with a large account base and ability to work in a high-volume and fast-growing environment

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong, strategic relationships with the executive level at each client as well as with operational-level decision-makers
  • Identify new contacts within assigned accounts and sell HIS Ventures LLCโ€™s value resulting in revenue generation
  • Work with key decision-makers at assigned companies to secure additional wallet shares to grow revenues
  • Conduct business reviews with major accounts to understand clientsโ€™ business challenges and ensure value is being realized through the offerings at HIS Ventures LLC
  • Provide strategic guidance and consultative services for existing clients to help them develop efficiencies and open new revenue streams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best experience for clients to consistently deliver results and drive business growth
  • Manage the complete sales cycle to meet or exceed sales targets set by management
  • Be a trusted and knowledgeable resource in the AV industry to clients. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Travel up to 25% may be needed

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related degree is a plus
