Summary
Join Talon.One's Sales team as a strategic Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and expansion within large enterprise accounts, primarily across the DACH region. Engage with C-level decision-makers, navigate complex deal cycles, and promote Talon.One's promotion engine. This role involves occasional travel (10%-20%). You will be part of a 6-person EMEA Sales team within a larger 21-person international sales unit. The team focuses on building strong client partnerships and delivering value through personalized solutions. You will report to the Regional Director Central & South Europe and collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing.
Requirements
- Demonstrate 5–8 years of experience selling complex SaaS or technology solutions to enterprise clients
- You’re a fluent communicator in German and English, both written and spoken
- Navigate and project manage long and multi-stakeholder sales cycles with confidence and clarity
- Leverage a strong understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, including customer challenges and buying behavior
- Collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders and Sales Engineers to co-create client solutions
- Maintain a strategic mindset while being hands-on and execution-focused
- Communicate with technical fluency when discussing APIs, integrations, and platform architecture
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales cycle for enterprise prospects (up to $2B revenue), from initial outreach to closing and beyond
- Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business needs, map solutions, and deliver high-impact presentations and demos
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise clients, focusing on new business development in the DACH region
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing customers by understanding evolving needs and product-market fit
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to tailor solutions to complex marketing and technical environments
- Accurately forecast and report on pipeline, ensuring predictability in quarterly and annual targets
- Evangelize Talon.One through product demonstrations, industry events, and account-specific initiatives
- Maintain a deep understanding of our platform, industry landscape, and customers’ Martech stacks
Preferred Qualifications
Bring existing relationships and deep domain knowledge from the Martech or eCommerce industries
