Summary
Join Deel, a rapidly growing SaaS company, as an Account Executive, HRIS, and drive sales growth by building and nurturing client relationships. Manage the entire customer journey, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions. Qualify client needs, adapt offerings, and consistently build a strong sales pipeline. Maintain accurate CRM data and meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets. Secure new business, expand existing accounts, and establish Deel as a trusted industry partner. This role requires a proven track record in sales, ideally within HR tech, and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience
- A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logos
- Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Grow and own a targeted account list
- Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise to prospective customers
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Qualify and understand client requirements to adapt solutions and meet their needs
- Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach and managing inbound prospects
- Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales process
Preferred Qualifications
Ideally, previous experience in HR tech sales
