Account Executive Intern in France

Summary

The job is for a Sales Intern position at Aircall focusing on the French, Italian, and Middle East market. The intern will gain hands-on experience in B2B software sales, learn about the sales process, and develop consultative sales skills. The ideal candidate should be pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field, have excellent communication skills, and experience in a customer-facing role.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’'s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
• French (spoken and written) must be flawless when communicating with clients and fluent English will be necessary for internal communication

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Account Executives (AE) of the French Market to manage prospects from qualified lead to closing
• Participate in and observe sales calls to gain practical knowledge about the sales process and customer interactions
• Manage customer projects during their trial period, negotiate custom offers and close deals
• Support the team in positioning and articulating the Aircall value proposition to small businesses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a customer facing role (support or success) is a plus
