Requirements

  • Fluency in English both written and verbal
  • 0-1 years of digital media experience
  • Strong work ethic & discipline to work productively in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in video conferencing and messaging apps e.g., Zoom, Google Hangouts, Slack
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs

Responsibilities

  • Compile insightful weekly, monthly, and/or Final Reports in MS Excel or MS Powerpoint
  • Serve as minute note-taker for POD meetings
  • Submit IOs for signature and input details into SFDC
  • Track performance, delivery, and margin goals for the POD to ensure we are on track with goals & benchmarks
  • Assist with ad hoc client requests with Account Manager leading client communication
  • Develop targeting lists by audience and brand relevancy
  • Lead campaign screenshots for proof of purchase with clients
  • Research and stay up to date with relevant trends
  • Work with the Designer in creating brand safe screenshots for campaign POPs
  • Monitor pacing and margin reports for regional campaigns
  • Assist in special projects as assigned by AM-MGMT

Preferred Qualifications

  • AdWords or YouTube certified
  • Thirst to learn the digital landscape and share with the team
  • Self-directed professional who knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline
  • Able to effectively prioritize and work with little to no supervision
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented professional
  • Strong communication skills; verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation
  • Collaborative individual who can work both in a team and independently
  • Driven and determined to learn and adapt in a face-paced digital world
  • Possess the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
