Responsibilities
- Own Strategy: Translate client goals into marketing action plans that move the needle
- Move Fast: Run campaigns across channels with urgency, precision, and accountability
- Think Critically: Spot issues before they happen. Solve problems others miss
- Collaborate Across Functions: Sync with Media, Creative, and Analytics pros to deliver
- Drive Growth: Identify upsell and expansion opportunities. Present ideas that get funded
- Mentor Others: (Director & Manager level) Coach, develop, and inspire junior team members
Preferred Qualifications
(Bonus for mid/senior roles) Skilled in financial management, team leadership, and strategic planning
