Requirements

  • Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry
  • Proven experience in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Support
  • Background in technology administration or management

Responsibilities

  • Maximise customer retention by delivering excellent service, sharing product knowledge, and promoting best practices
  • Maintain accurate customer records and data in CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Assist in delivering customer communications and stay informed on product updates and support resources
  • Provide light-touch customer support, handling basic product or billing queries or redirecting requests as needed
  • Support Account Management leadership with various activities and ad hoc projects
  • Helping prepare and coordinate customer meetings, including scheduling, agenda setting, and follow-ups
  • Contributing to process improvements and team initiatives that enhance the customer experience and internal efficiency
  • Supporting reporting needs by compiling data and business reports
  • Pitching in with wider team efforts to achieve organisational goals, even when tasks fall outside your usual role
