Summary

Join AudioEye as an SMB Account Manager and drive customer success throughout the customer lifecycle. You will build strong client relationships, manage onboarding and implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires a customer-centric approach, focusing on retention, revenue growth, and advocacy. You will use CRM tools, provide regular performance reports, and contribute to refining upsell strategies. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 plus years of experience (customer-facing organizations)
  • Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS design capabilities
  • Passion for identifying and solving problems
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Analytical and process oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer success outcomes
  • Maintain or increase renewal rates
  • Communicate revenue opportunities to Strategic Growth team for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Influence future customer lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability
  • Manage customer success activities including: onboarding, maintenance & monitoring, training, live presentations, professional services, customer support, renewals, cross-sell/up-sell, advocacy
  • Use CRM tools and other software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to share insights, client feedback, and overall trends to refine the upsell strategy
  • Provide regular reports on upsell, expansion & renewal performance, trends and results achieved

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales experience
