Summary

Join Biffa as a Compliance Manager and play a crucial role in managing relationships with corporate clients, focusing on producer compliance areas such as WEEE, Packaging, EPR, and PPT. You will provide technical support and guidance to clients, manage audits, and ensure compliance with all QA procedures. Responsibilities

• Member communication and account management of key clients
• To provide guidance, knowledge and support on technical queries in regards to Extended Producer responsibility (EPR) including Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), Packaging and Plastic Packaging Tax (PPT)
• Manager your audit schedule and ensure you achieve target set and follow the process to ensure all audits are documented and actions taken
• Responsible for recruitment and retention of compliance customers
• To provide first line support to members and internal departments
• Ensure up to date on Legislation changes
• Ensure compliance with all QA procedures in line with job tasks
• Support through compliance submission periods

Preferred Qualifications

Advantageous to have knowledge of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), Packaging, Extended Producer responsibility (EPR), Plastic Packaging Tax and its practical application
