Summary

Join Blueground's Partner Network team in Athens as an Account Manager and play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with partners, scaling the business, and ensuring their technical success. You will lead onboarding, communication, and integration efforts, collaborating with sales and tech teams. Maintain frequent contact with partners, provide technical support, and lead communication with new channel partners. Contribute to the development of new ideas, products, and solutions based on customer feedback. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, proven experience in technical account management, a solid technical background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field
  • Proven experience in a technical account management or similar role, particularly in managing partnerships
  • Solid technical background, with a good understanding of software development and system integration
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead all onboarding, communication, and integration efforts between Nestpick/Blueground and the partners, assisting them from the moment they sign the contract with the sales team till they go live and afterward
  • Some of these tasks include gathering information from the partners, creating partner accounts on Nestpick CP, and coordinating the integration depending on the pre-selected method (Rentals United, Guesty, Siteminder, iCal, etc)
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth partner onboarding and with the tech team to ensure integrations are completed in a timely manner
  • These activities include creating tickets in JIRA regarding integrations, tech issues or bugs, testing properties on our staging environment, etc
  • Maintain frequent contact with partners through email and online meetings to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure retention
  • Provide technical support to partners regarding potential integration issues
  • Lead communication efforts between Nestpick/Blueground and new channel partners (Guesty, Hosteeva, among others)
  • Provide insights and feedback to the internal teams, based on customer expectations, to contribute to the development of new ideas, products, and solutions
