Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in SaaS Sales, Account Management, or similar, with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, customer retention, and strategic value for enterprise or mid-market clients
  • Minimum 3 years owning complex SaaS customer relationships; including full accountability for renewals, upsell, and expansion across multi-product or multi-region portfolios
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding commercial targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at C-level, with a clear track record of value-based selling and strategic account growth
  • Excellent collaborator and team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Services, Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to drive customer outcomes and commercial impact
  • Exceptional communicator - confident presenter, persuasive writer, and trusted relationship builder with strong verbal, written, and numerical fluency
  • Strong organisational and time management skills; comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Self-starter with a high level of accountability, drive, and commercial acumen

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of key mid-market and emerging enterprise customers, driving upsell, cross-sell, and renewals across ANZ
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with senior and executive stakeholders to drive long-term partnership and commercial alignment
  • Partner with Customer Success to create and execute strategic account plans, deliver regular business reviews and maintain account health to drive sustained growth and adoption over time
  • Leverage strong business and commercial acumen to align account strategy with customer priorities and Braze’s growth objectives
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities through usage analysis and whitespace mapping
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly expansion and retention targets
  • Develop and deliver tailored commercial proposals that align with customer goals and drive ROI
  • Maintain accurate expansion and renewal forecasts, providing insight into deal progress, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Lead customer meetings both virtually and in-person; occasional domestic and international travel required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Martech, Adtech, or broader CX space highly regarded
  • Experience managing portfolios with annual contract values ranging from 250K to 1M+ is highly regarded
  • Experience or understanding of the Martech ecosystem is highly valued; including CRM, marketing automation, customer analytics, email, or content marketing
