Summary

Join Candid as a Remote Account Manager and play a critical role in expanding our CandidPro clear aligner case volume. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with dental practices to increase case submissions. Provide comprehensive onboarding, training, and strategic guidance to dental professionals. Your success will be measured by exceeding sales quotas and contributing to revenue growth. This fully remote position is open to candidates nationwide within the contiguous United States. You will drive case submission growth, serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Analyze performance data and make data-informed recommendations to improve account performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience (experience in the dental or healthcare industry preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldโ€”or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Confident presenter and educator, comfortable leading virtual and live trainings
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage accounts and sales pipelines (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple relationships remotely
  • A strong customer-first mindset and passion for improving oral health outcomes through innovation

Responsibilities

  • Drive case submission growth within existing dental practice accounts by identifying strategic opportunities for expansion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, building strong relationships with dental professionals and key decision-makers
  • Provide training and ongoing support to ensure practices are confident and successful in submitting CandidPro cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, responsive solutions to customer needs and inquiries
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns and educational programs to drive account activation and case growth
  • Maintain deep product and industry knowledge to position CandidPro in conversations with practices effectively
  • Analyze performance data and customer feedback to identify trends and make data-informed recommendations
  • Track and report on account performance, pipeline status, and key milestones
  • Occasionally attend industry events or conferences to support account development efforts (travel up to 10%)
