Summary
Join ConnectWise as an Account Manager and cultivate lasting relationships with our partners. You will act as a ConnectWise ambassador, working cross-functionally to expand and diversify partner product and service offerings. Responsibilities include providing support, conducting research and analysis, managing accounts, making proactive calls to generate business, and collaborating with other sellers. You will also conduct quarterly business reviews, manage renewals, and utilize forecasting methodologies. Success in this role requires strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, along with a proven track record in sales and account management. The position offers a remote/hybrid/onsite work option, depending on location.
Requirements
- Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
- Advanced knowledge of successful sales initiatives typically obtained through advanced education and/or work experience
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per ConnectWise product requirements
- Ability to provide world class customer service while finding opportunities to position sales of new and additional products and services
- Ability to effectively manage time and appropriately prioritize workload
- Organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated
- Familiar with MEDDIC/BANT Forecast Methodology
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM’s
- Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent business experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Provides support to the partners with a high attention to detail
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
- May coach and review the work of other team members
- Manages and supports a pre-defined list of accounts, catering specifically to growth partners
- Focuses on outbound, proactive calls to cultivate additional business within the partner base
- Works in collaboration with other sellers within ConnectWise to maximize account coverage and success of the business through a sell through approach
- Maintains regular contact with several contacts at each Partner, learning more about Partner’s objectives, struggles and growth projections to increase product breadth
- Meets pre-determined sales objectives based on quota attainment and business activity
- Works in collaboration with departments to answer partners questions and resolve partner issues in a timely manner
- Identifies sales qualified opportunities to build expansion pipeline for the Sales teams
- Conducts quarterly business reviews with partners to learn more about partner’s objectives, struggles, and growth projections to increase product breadth and partner satisfaction
- Proactively manages renewal notifications and works to ensure partners continue to renew agreements
- Uses forecast methodology to accurately manage existing pipeline
- Ensures NPS/CSAT satisfaction results
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with quota, account management, and technical capacities
