Summary
Join Constructor's growing team as a strategic lead for enterprise clients, focusing on client experience from onboarding to renewal and expansion. You will build strong client relationships, manage complex renewal and upsell cycles, and uncover and manage risks. This role requires collaboration with various internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product. You will leverage your expertise in ecommerce and analytics to educate clients on new use cases and added value. Success in this position demands a proven track record of exceeding retention and expansion goals and a deep understanding of enterprise client needs within a SaaS environment.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of proven experience working directly with large enterprise clients in Account Management, Customer Success, and/or Sales within a SaaS company, preferably one working with ecommerce clients
- Demonstrate the ability to influence, present to, and build deep relationships with customers, especially at the VP+ level
- Demonstrate the ability to uncover and properly manage risk within your book of business in a timely and effective manner
- Demonstrate the ability to educate clients on new use cases, features, and integrations that create added value and uncover potential upsell opportunities
- Have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding individual retention and expansion goals
- Demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple Account Management projects and recurring responsibilities while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams (Sales, CSMs, SEs, SAs, Data Science teams, Product+Eng teams) to meet client needs and goals, tailoring communication and requests while maintaining focus on timelines, SLAs, and overall client goals
- Possess solid knowledge and understanding of ecommerce business needs, goals, KPIs, terminology, and trends
- Possess a solid understanding of analytics and statistics, with the ability to analyze and present data sets related to ecommerce, A/B testing, and conversion
- Demonstrate the ability to acquire and maintain a working knowledge of Constructor’s products and capabilities
Responsibilities
- Be the strategic lead for the clients in your book of business
- Build strong relationships with your clients to understand their business goals, needs, priorities, and how Constructor maps to them
- Manage complex, enterprise renewal and upsell cycles, effectively demonstrating product and business benefits to all stakeholders
- Uncover and manage risk within your book of business effectively and timely
- Educate clients on potential new use cases, features, and integrations to create added value and uncover upsell opportunities
- Regularly update internal systems and attend meetings to document and communicate customer status, needs, risk, renewal, and upsell next steps
- Attend and ensure the success of Quarterly Business Reviews with Customers to ensure understanding of client goals and how Constructor maps to those goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a deep understanding of analytics and statistics, with a focus on analyzing and presenting data sets related to ecommerce, A/B testing, and conversion
- Possess deep knowledge and understanding of ecommerce business needs, goals, KPIs, terminology, and trends
- Have experience in SaaS, including Search and Browse technologies, Digital Analytics, Digital Performance Management, or similar industries
- Have experience and comfort level with ‘leading without authority’ due to cross-functional collaboration
- Have previous experience with Constructor
- Have previous experience with Constructor clients
