Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management preferably in a SaaS environment, with a strong client-focused mindset
  • A solid track record of growing accounts and achieving targets
  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities and develop long-term client plans
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments (Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, CSM)
  • Organized and proactive with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Fluency in both English and French

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-Level executives and stakeholders to understand their goals, success metrics, and use cases
  • Identify and develop business opportunities within a dedicated portfolio of accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Create and implement account strategies to support upsell and renewal strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored, innovative solutions that meet client needs
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and forecasting to deal closure
  • Coordinate customers testimonials and success stories to support business development efforts
