Summary
Join Education Perfect, an EdTech company, as an experienced Account Manager responsible for retaining and growing revenue within a portfolio of schools. You will build strong relationships with school decision-makers, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure schools receive ongoing value from our products. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, presenting solutions, and representing EP at events. You'll need a proven track record in customer relationship management and achieving retention goals, along with a strong understanding of the education sector. Requirements
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships and achieving retention goals
- Ability to identify and execute opportunities for account expansion
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional value and support to schools
- Confidence in facilitating workshops and presenting new opportunities to stakeholders
- Understanding of the education sector and the challenges schools face
- Ability to work effectively within a team and partner with internal stakeholders
- Skilled in CRM tools and analytics to track performance and inform decision-making
Responsibilities
- Own the renewal process for a portfolio of existing schools, ensuring high Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) metrics
- Proactively engage with schools to address challenges, highlight EPβs value and secure timely renewals
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor for their educational needs
- Identify opportunities to expand EPβs footprint within existing schools by promoting additional features, subjects or licenses in line with provided targets
- Collaborate with school leaders and educators to align EPβs solutions with their evolving goals and priorities
- Conduct upselling conversations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of expanded use of EPβs platform
- Work closely with the customer success and professional services team to ensure seamless transitions for newly onboarded schools
- Partner with the professional services team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support long-term success
- Represent EP at conferences, events and networking opportunities, promoting our mission and solutions
- Develop relationships with key education organisations and associations
