Summary

Join Eleken as an Account Manager and build strong client relationships, gather feedback, and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborate with the Head of Sales and a team of experienced Business Development Managers. Requirements

  • 1 year as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
  • Strong written and spoken English (C1 level)
  • Ability to collect, structure, and analyze client feedback
  • Experience with CRM systems (PipeDrive or Hubspot - a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
  • Be the voice of the client inside the team - gather insights, reviews, and feedback
  • Spot opportunities for upselling and value expansion
  • Collaborate with design and marketing to support customer success initiatives
  • Make sure our clients feel supported, heard, and happy
  • Relationship Building: build and maintain strong relationships with active clients
  • Client Feedback: conduct NPS surveys, exit interviews, and regular check-in calls
  • Review Collection: collect client reviews across platforms like Clutch
  • Subscription Management: handle client requests related to subscription adjustments and oversee designer changes when needed
  • Issue Resolution: address client dissatisfaction cases promptly to maintain satisfaction and reduce churn
  • CRM Maestro: maintain accurate client records, communication notes, and payment tracking in the CRM system
  • Upselling: identify upsell opportunities and proactively suggest service expansions during client conversations
  • Retargeting: reconnect with old clients and lapsed leads by sending updates and personalized retargeting messages
  • Team Collaboration: work closely with design and marketing teams to align strategies and support client success

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of SaaS and product design (big plus)
