Summary

Join FINN, an independent platform for car subscriptions, as an Account Manager and become the primary point of contact for B2B clients with fleets of 2-9 vehicles. Following successful initial contract closure by the sales team, you will nurture client relationships, providing personalized advice and ensuring long-term customer loyalty. Your responsibilities include managing existing subscriptions, securing renewals and follow-up subscriptions, and creating tailored mobility solutions. You will collaborate with the Growth Team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. This role is based in Munich with the flexibility to work fully remotely within Germany. Requirements

  • Successfully completed (Bachelor) studies or vocational training
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, enabling you to work effectively with potential clients to develop solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
  • Structured approach to work, with a willingness to challenge existing processes
  • Native-level German and proficient English language skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of existing customer accounts, focusing on subscription renewals and securing follow-up subscriptions
  • Develop and implement strategic retention measures to enhance customer loyalty throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with the Growth Team to ensure high customer satisfaction and secure repeat business for expiring subscriptions
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of new and improved processes to enhance efficiency and quality

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sales, customer success, or customer service is advantageous
