Join Innovative Systems, Inc./FinScan, a leading global provider of data management solutions, as an experienced multilingual Account Manager. You will develop successful client relationships, focusing on enterprise SaaS solutions and achieving high account retention and revenue growth. Leveraging your understanding of software and technology solutions, you will uncover client challenges related to data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with Portuguese being a plus. This role involves travel to client sites, with a hybrid work situation available for those near Pittsburgh, PA, and remote work for others in the US or Mexico. You will make a difference by helping clients navigate compliance challenges and mitigate financial risks. You will be supported by a dedicated team and senior leadership.
Requirements
- Be an accomplished enterprise Account Manager with experience developing successful client relationships and achieving high account retention and revenue growth
- Understand and have worked in the software or technology solutions space
- Be fluent in Spanish and English
- Possess a first-hand understanding of multiple cultures, particularly across Latin America, North America, and other parts of the Spanish, Portuguese, and English-speaking world
- Have experience and understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of well-established global accounts
- Learn about clients' businesses and provide regulatory compliance and sanctions insights
- Grow client relationships through regular check-ins, relationship maps, gap analysis, QBRs, account growth, and action plans
- Increase profits via upsells, cross-sells, and renewals
- Unravel clients' compliance challenges and provide insights and technical solutions
- Help clients better manage compliance risks and avoid potential financial terrorist/money-laundering threats
- Complete onboarding training
- Gain a sound understanding of Data Quality and FinScan solutions and the customers served
- Shadow current Account Managers and conduct internal interviews to understand account history
- Develop a key account matrix and prioritize account planning
- Work with your manager to develop objectives and activity plans for achieving quarterly and annual NNR targets
- Set up discovery calls and prepare for QBRs as appropriate
- Create white space plans to reach targets
- Document and present current findings to the Executive Management Team on your client relationships
- Strategically assess outreach plans and objectives and determine if they will create momentum for long-term profitability or recommend alternatives
