Summary

Join Instabase's Account Management team as an Enterprise Account Manager and contribute to the success and growth of our most mature enterprise customers. You will be responsible for managing and growing revenue, securing renewals, and providing strategic guidance to ensure customers drive value through their partnership with Instabase. This individual contributor role requires a proven track record of success in account management, exceeding renewal and expansion goals, and owning strategic customers end-to-end. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to understand customer value drivers and drive value realization. The role offers a base salary range of $165,000 to $175,000 plus commission (OTE 330K-350K) and equity.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in account management, with a demonstrated track record of consistent over-achievement against assigned renewal and expansion goals
  • Experience owning strategic customers end-to-end, including renewals and upsell/crosssell
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences, including executives
  • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence internally and externally
  • Ability to understand a customer’s key value drivers and drive value realisation through the partnership

Responsibilities

  • Own and build account strategy in partnership with your SE (Sales Engineer) for a given set of accounts in pursuit of driving growth and consumption
  • Meet and exceed your Net Retention Rate (NRR) and Growth targets
  • Identify and build key relationships with multiple Key stakeholders (vertically and horizontally) across the customer’s organisation
  • Act as a Problem Solver in partnership and collaboration with internal stakeholders like CS to support and enable customers’ business outcomes
  • Own the account holistically across SAAS lifecycle of ARE (Adopt, Renew, Expand) through Quarterly Business Reviews and Tech Knowledge Sessions
  • Be a forever learner and stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and client-specific developments

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $175,000 plus commission (OTE 330K-350K) and equity
