This remote position offers a base hourly rate plus unlimited commission and quarterly incentives. You will be responsible for B2B sales, developing and managing customer relations, and prospecting new clients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of relevant experience in the promotional industry, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A conducive and quiet work-from-home setup with reliable internet is required. iPromo offers a remote work environment with a fixed weekend off.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of Business Development, Lead Generation, or Account Management experience
- Promotional Industry experience is required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Above-average 10 key and typing skills
- Effective problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written form
- Ability to work well under pressure, on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Minimum of i3, 8GB Ram, Own Device (not shared)
- Minimum of 30mbps internet wired speed
- Conducive and quiet WFH set up
- Remote, Mon-Fri, Fixed weekend off; CST coverage / US Time zone
Responsibilities
- B2B Sales - Help companies scale and brand their business through promotional products, apparel and showcase their brand through online stores
- Sales Development prospecting leads
- Outreach effort to prospect warm leads for reactivation
- Reactivate dormant and disengaged customers
- Act as subject matter expert on product offerings/solutions
- Utilize multiple contact channel strategies such as outbound calls and email communication
- Follow KPI and activity-based metrics to build your pipeline
- Develop and manage customer relations for your client accounts
- Prospect within your clients business to find other verticals for business
- Prospect outside your book of business to potential clients
- Research product and provide recommendations; provide virtual samples; physical samples
- Prepare quotes for customer orders
- Receive client’s artwork and pass along to Designer
- Enter sales orders via Salesforce
- Coordinate the client’s review and approval of proofs
- Coordinate sales order with Account Coordinators
- Participate in client presentations
- Communicate extensively with clients keeping them updated on orders & shipping information
- Other selling duties as assigned, based on business requirements
