Requirements
- +4 years of experience in Account Management in SaaS
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
- Proven ability to run an organized and effective sales process, prioritizing tasks and managing the sales funnel
- A track record of managing portfolios, driving renewals, and achieving revenue goals
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- A proactive, collaborative attitude in fast-paced environments
- A team player attitude and a curiosity-driven mindset
- Top-notch presentation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships
- Competitive drive to grow your market while upholding a high level of integrity
- Native-level in German with strong English communication skills (company language is English)
Responsibilities
- Manage your portfolio and parts of our tech-touch customers by driving upselling, cross-selling, pricing migrations, and renewals
- Identify and act on commercial opportunities from leads and proactive outreach
- Build strong relationships to ensure long-term client success and satisfaction
- Collaborate with CSMs and provide insights to improve Tellent’s offerings
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with sales and customer success tools and platforms(eg Hubspot CRM, Planhat)
- Experience in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to determine customer approaches
- Experience in selling a suite or multi-product offering is a plus
