Summary

Join Tellent as an Account Manager and drive company growth by delivering value to clients and achieving ambitious revenue goals. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and negotiating renewals. Building strong client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams is crucial. Your responsibilities include identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities, maximizing customer value, and guiding customers through pricing model transitions. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach and strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Within a year, you will be a key contributor to Tellent's growth, with a proven track record in revenue generation and client retention.

Requirements

  • +4 years of experience in Account Management in SaaS
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
  • Proven ability to run an organized and effective sales process, prioritizing tasks and managing the sales funnel
  • A track record of managing portfolios, driving renewals, and achieving revenue goals
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude in fast-paced environments
  • A team player attitude and a curiosity-driven mindset
  • Top-notch presentation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships
  • Competitive drive to grow your market while upholding a high level of integrity
  • Native-level in German with strong English communication skills (company language is English)

Responsibilities

  • Manage your portfolio and parts of our tech-touch customers by driving upselling, cross-selling, pricing migrations, and renewals
  • Identify and act on commercial opportunities from leads and proactive outreach
  • Build strong relationships to ensure long-term client success and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with CSMs and provide insights to improve Tellent’s offerings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with sales and customer success tools and platforms(eg Hubspot CRM, Planhat)
  • Experience in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to determine customer approaches
  • Experience in selling a suite or multi-product offering is a plus
