Summary
Join Profit Mill, a fast-growing paid media agency, as an Account Manager. You will be the primary contact for 10+ clients, leading meetings and providing strategic feedback. Responsibilities include owning account strategy, leveraging expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, bridging client needs with internal execution, and generating fresh ideas. This full-time, remote role requires 7+ years of client-facing marketing or consulting experience and strong paid media knowledge. Requirements
- 7+ years in a client-facing marketing or consulting role
- Strong knowledge of paid media, especially Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience managing multiple accounts and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence
- Familiarity with CPL, ROAS, CAC, LTV and other performance metrics
- Experience with B2B SaaS or high-ticket lead generation
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for 10+ clients, leading meetings, setting expectations, and delivering honest, strategic feedback
- Own the strategic direction of each account by deeply understanding client goals and turning them into performance-driving plans
- Be the go-to expert on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, speaking confidently to CMOs and founders about platform strategy
- Bridge client needs with internal execution - write briefs, manage timelines, and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Bring fresh ideas to the table, evolve internal processes, and stay sharp in the fast-moving AI and B2B SaaS space
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales pipelines
- Proficiency with GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Slack, Loom, Fireflies, GoLinks
- Knowledge of other paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Bing, etc.)
- Technical/analytical background for conversion tracking and diagnostics
